The Food Industry Has A Secret Language. I’ll teach you how to read it. 

I have spent a decade in the food industry knowing things about food that most people never get to learn; how it’s made, why it works, what’s hidden in plain sight. My mission is to open that up to everyone!

I thrive in creative, fast moving environments, working with founders and small teams to turn food ideas into clear, well-executed concepts and launches. Whether you’re starting with a rough concept or something more executed, I step in where it’s needed most.

My consulting work spans menu and product development, concept creation and execution, brand aligned food strategy and growth and all the in-between across emerging and growing food businesses, bringing food to life. I’m not just helping you launch products, i’m teaching you the language the big players speak.

How We Work Together

I work on a flexible, project-based basis, stepping in where it makes the most impact. Whether that’s a one-off project or ongoing support, my main focus is successful outcomes.

I am based in Kingston, Ontario, but I collaborate with founders and small businesses across Ontario on a hybrid basis, either online or in person, as needed.

I also collaborate with teams across Canada and United States, on a fully remote basis and travelling for in person interaction as needed.

Although i’d love to stay forever (because i genuinely love what I do), the goal is to build the skills, knowledge, and confidence you need to move forward on your own. Once you’re there, I step back and let the magic happen – but never too far.

I’m always a message away for ongoing support, ensuring you feel confident as you grow. This approach allows me to support more teams in reaching their food goals.
