Before Scratch Kitchen Society, I spent nearly a decade behind the scenes of Canada’s food industry — helping shape hundreds of products for some of the country’s most trusted brands, including President’s Choice, No Name, GNC, and Popeye’s Supplements.
From functional foods to everyday staples, I led the full process: formulation, innovation, and bringing products to market at scale.
That expertise doesn’t stay behind the scenes anymore. Today, it shows up at your table — through private chef experiences, intimate supper club dinners, and CPG consulting.
