How We Work Together
Heading One
I work on a flexible, project-based basis, stepping in where it makes the most impact. Whether that's a one-off project or ongoing support, my main focus is successful outcomes.
I am based in Kingston, Ontario, but I collaborate with founders and small businesses across Ontario on a hybrid basis, either online or in person, as needed.
I also collaborate with teams across Canada and United States, on a fully remote basis and travelling for in person interaction as needed.

Although i'd love to stay forever (because i genuinely love what I do), the goal is to build the skills, knowledge, and confidence you need to move forward on your own. Once you're there, I step back and let the magic happen - but never too far.
